One in four people will experience some form of mental health problem during their lifetime

Exercise Group

We know from research the physical activity is an important part of maintaining our mental health as well as our general health and well being and our walking group can be an easy introduction to gentle, regular exercise.

This small group meets weekly for a 45-60 minute walk and is also a useful opportunity for talking to other people and making new friends.
