The Lord Mayor of York's Annual Valentine Ball
By attending the Annual Valentine Ball in the Voltigeur Suite at York Racecourse on Saturday 11th February 2012, you have the opportunity to support the two York based charities which the Lord Mayor of York has chosen to benefit from this year’s Charities Appeal; York Mind and York Against Cancer.
We very much hope you can join us on the night to help raise a considerable amount of money for these charities, as well as having a great evening! The theme for the night is “hearts and roses”, and there will be a superb four-course meal. We are also delighted to tell you that we have booked fantastic local party band “The Goosehorns” to provide the music! We intend to hold a raffle and auction, and any prize contribution or donation, no matter how large or small to help these very worthwhile causes would be most appreciated. Sponsorship opportunities will also be available.
